What is feedback alignment?
TigerTek has invested a small fortune in servo motor test equipment which enables us to properly align the feedback device on the motor shaft, as well as to actually drive your motor through a full blown servo amplifier (just like it would run on your machine!). Setting the alignment angles correctly is complex and critically important to ensure that the servo motor and your servo controller are synchronized. Our factory-trained technicians have the necessary OEM cables and interfaces to run-test EVERY servo motor to OEM performance specifications before it passes QC
