"Do you know a fast and practical way to remove broken bolts?"
 When a bolt breaks off flush with the threaded hole, place a nut one size smaller than the bolt on the exposed end and fill-weld the nut to the bolt. Allow the nut to cool a bit, then use an impact wrench to remove the broken bolt. It is faster than most of the usual alternative methods, and the threads in the hole will be undamaged.
