How To Order Servo Motor Repairs:

  1. Package your item carefully for shipment and send it to us by UPS,
    FedEX or any carrier of your choice to:

  2. Include a packing slip with your company name and address data.
  3. Please specify any special instructions (quote before repair, shipping requirements, etc)
  4. Select your repair PRIORITY (RUSH with overtime, RUSH without overtime, Normal)
  5. After we receive your servo motor for repair, we will log it into our computer system and follow your special instructions. Please call our Customer Service Department with any technical questions!
