In-House Capabilities
Our 30,000 sq ft, UL approved, repair facility will process the entire repair in-house. We have our own motor shop (for replacing bearings, rewinding, repairing armatures, etc) + our own machine shop (for sleeving end bells, repairing shafts, etc) + our own electronics laboratory (for repairing feedback devices). So, we control the entire process thereby giving you the fastest possible turn-around-times.
Parts
We stock an enormous selection of Pacific Scientific parts. In addition, we have accumulated a number of Pacific Scientific reconditioned motors which we can quote for sale, or which we can use for hard to find parts.
Test Equipment
We have all the necessary Pacific Scientific connectors, cables and interfaces to set the OEM alignment angles and to drive the motor. We have files of technical data and schematics for each unique servo motor part number – if necessary, the technician can refer to this to ensure that your motor is operating to OEM specifications.
