Our fluid power technicians will:

• Completely disassemble the pump
• Clean all sections
• Measure all tolerances
• Inspect all shafts for wear and replace shafts as necessary
  (Conveniently fabricated, in-house, in TigerTek’s machine shop)
• Replace bearings, packing and seals

Housings can be rebuilt and bores sleeved. Impeller shafts can be remanufactured and machined to exact tolerances. Bowls, columns and impellers can be sand blasted. Impellers can be coated for wear resistance.

The entire pump assembly is then precisely rebuilt and tested to ensure that it meets OEM specifications (flow rate, pressure, and head).
