Our fluid power technicians will:

Completely disassemble the pump, clean all sections, measure all tolerances, inspect all shafts for wear and replace shafts as necessary (Conveniently fabricated, in-house, in TigerTek’s machine shop), replace bearings, packing and seals. Housings can be rebuilt and bores sleeved.

Impeller shafts can be remanufactured and machined to exact tolerances. Bowls, columns and impellers can be sand blasted to remove buildup that could cause a loss in efficiency and potentially cause the pump to fail.

The entire pump assembly is then precisely rebuilt to ensure that it meets OEM specifications.
